Life Drawing- Thirteenth Session

In preparation for when we begin animating our images from our life drawing sessions.... we were given two opportunities (ten 10 second poses and four 5 minute poses) to draw a sequence of images, to think more about movement, and how the model goes from pose to pose etc.
The first drawing was simply a 20 minute warm-up.
The 2nd image had us drawing a visual link between the models movements. Using a line to show the general arch of movement.
'20 Minutes'- The easel fell down, so I had to start a second drawing from a different angle, instead of working on the same one.


The examples here are ones that show multiple movements and changes. The red dots (anchor points) and blue dots (showing any overlap) help visualise the changes, twists and turns.
The best way to test whether you understand the body though, and it's way of moving, is to imagine the next pose (or) change the next one slightly to emphasis it. 
This can be done either when doing the in-between frames between a key frame, or changing the pose slightly yourself as a whole to push certain effects onto the viewer.
