Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make the life drawing session last Monday, but since I was away with my family at the Darling Buds Oast house, I decided to make the most of the trip; I took a page out of the Foundation course’s book, and returned to our old drawing exercises.
On Monday I attempted to draw while walking through mud, forest, and the town of Bethersden. The continuous walking meant I’d be limited to short 5-15 second drawings, with a few more developed drawings going onto 5 minutes.
I’m not too happy with the outcome, but found it got my mind working and ready to focus by the time I returned. Incidentally, I intend to render, and post the longer 20 minute drawings within the week!
