  1. Character Design Feedback

    I think its obvious, looking at the sophistication of your character sketches and graphic design, that you have demonstrated strong design skills for this project. Your protagonist is dripping with character, from his dishevelled suit to his all too human world-weary expressions and gestures. And his finalised design is straight out of 50s/60s iconography. Unfortunately you have neglected to include environments or storyboarding so the audience is left with a tantalising glimpse of narrative. I would highly recommend fleshing out the missing elements, because it make a fantastic showpiece for your skills.

    Overall then, a very competently designed character, but with literally no place to go. With the inclusion of a finalised sidekick, environment and storyboard, you may have something very special. - JW
